In case you missed it, which is probably highly unlikely, Pitti Uomo was held last month in the absolutely gorgeous town of Firenze, Italy. Strictly speaking, it’s a trade show, for menswear buyers and sellers to meet and make deals about the newest season’s offerings. That said, it’s eventually morphed into a bit of a playground for the bolder played in the menswear sphere; a place to show off your latest duds amongst many like-minded gents.
It also provides an opportunity to kick back, have a drink, and enjoy the Italian summer. To that end, Peroni held an event in Florence to bring together some of the stars of the show for Pitti Uomo 2016.
Peroni Nastro Azzurro hosted an exclusive cocktail party on the rooftop of Hotel Continentale in Florence for VIPs, media and style influencers during Pitti Uomo, Italy’s most prominent men’s street style, four-day event.
Peroni’s Global Brand Director Claudia Falcone welcomed special guests including Jenny Walton, street style star and Fashion Director of The Sartorialist, Vogue Italia’s Sara Maino, renowned fashion creative director Lee Oliviera and Swiss street-style photographer Yvan Rodic from FaceHunter. The event brought together the best in men’s lifestyle and fashion to celebrate Italian style.
